Today I have made MyHeritage Omni - contract, and it is also encludung Geni Pro. The old Geni Pro is now unnecessary

Geni Support Team Hi Matti, you should have received an email from MyHeritage with instructions on how to activate your Geni Pro subscription. Once you activate it, your Pro subscription will simply be added on to your account.

Mikael Loikkanen I would like to receive instructions on how to access Geni Pro in my Omni subscription that I signed up with you. And what do I do with the ongoing Geni pro that I have before I signed up for OMNI. I expect clear instructions via email. So that there are no incorrect extra payments or other hassles. Geni Support Team Hi Mikael, you should have received an email from MyHeritage with instructions on how to activate your Geni Pro subscription. If you have not received it, then please contact MyHeritage support to have them send you a new one https://www.myheritage.com/contact-myheritage
Once you activate it, your Pro subscription will simply be added on to your account.
