When i put my DNA onto Geni i was told i could remove it at any time. I have tried (after failing to correct the name on it, as the first one i tested was in fact my mom's ,not mine,) I keep getting "matches", so obviously the removal has not worked, after over a year.
I have tried to solve this, but of course, as a non paying member, i am told that i cant even send in a request for help.

The Family Tree DNA account was not unlinked from your Geni profile. You can unlink the accounts either on your DNA tab or from your Family Tree DNA account. Simply login to Family Tree DNA, go to 'Partner Applications' and click 'Disconnect.'
