How do I resolve an autosomal DNA conflict?

My elder brother Andrew shows a conflict in his autosomal DNA between my younger brother Alexander and my first cousin William.  Can you tell me how to correct that? There is no conflict with my autosomal DNA .  There is no conflict shown between Alexander, William and me.  Andrew has had no autosomal matches since his data was uploaded to Geni in August 2017.  Our data comes from FTDNA.  There is no option under the "Actions" button to resolve conflicts.
