My name is Roxane Logan and my cousin Michelle Usual signed up for the tree and died, leaving me without access to her tree to write that she was deceased.
I unknowingly entered her email address into her page creating a whole lot of confusion. I had to close down that email address and log into with another email. In closing out, I explained all this and they changed her status to decease. However it shows that she was the one that manages all the tree names that I entered and I want it to be my name as the original manager
Is there any way I can change her name to mine?
