This question has been asked by others, but they never seem to get a satisfactory answer.
This is about one of my ancestors:

His grandparents have somehow been added as his parents, so now he has two sets of parents. Trying to assign the correct parents in the editor doesn't work because it says the tree will be split.
I have contacted the profile managers but no luck.
So how do we fix it / who will fix it ?
This is obviously a weakness in the system that needs to be corrected.
