Ashley Odell Geni has been experiencing some slowness for a couple days due to international media coverage and lots of new people joining the site, but it's doing a lot better now and is continually improving. Try again or give it another shot tomorrow. It's so much better than it was yesterday, so it should be back to full speed soon.
