I got the free trial pro membership and still couldnt figure out what i needed to do to connect to the "big tree". Everything I clicked on prompted me to get some kind of membership with MyHeritage. Why not just skip the fuss and go with them? Their website seems much easier. The only thing keeping me from doing that is the thought that I am doing something wrong. But before I make a decision I may regret I need some guidance.

Eric Randol Schoenberg, Geni Curator You need to add to your tree until you get a blue tree match to another profile on Geni. Then you can merge in. The yellow and green matches are to data and trees at MyHeritage which requires a separate subscription. Geni works like a giant jigsaw puzzle where we all work together on one giant tree.
