I added the mother of my grandfather as his wife in error. Added her again as the mother so now there are 2 records for the same person. Cannot merge. Please help!

Bjørn P. Brox Take a closer look in the relationship tab under edit profile on the profiles: The listing of parents is a pull-down menu to make a quick move of a profile within a short distance, so you could move the extra wife up as a sister of the other making it possible to merge them.
However: a quick look at your tree shows the easiest solution: Just delete the extra wife of your grandfather since there is no other connections to that profile. -
