My grandmother at some point just disappeared completely from our tree. her profile showed up but it showed no path to anyone in our family. I had to go in change her name to her actual name Winnifred Cook and while our comments and photos are still there it's not linking her back to my great grandparents or my grandfather..
how and why did this happen?
