Someone erroneously merged correct files with incorrect files

Someone went in and merged my CORRECT files with the incorrect files my creepy ex brother in law made years ago.  He is now the MANAGER of most of my immediate family, despite the fact he is not an has not been involved with my sister or her children in over ten years, and never met most of the people he now manages.  How can I get this amended?
