How to adjust profile to allow Geni subscribers to assist me?

I am new to the site. I have just started adding to a tree that my family member started, and I have access to adding to it. Some very helpful Geni subscribers have offered to help me with my tree - by adding relevant records or things like that. I dont know how to adjust my profile to allow this, please advise?
