Mary Twyford Dingle (Sippe) Is there an enhancement to the Descendants report to change or add maiden name in this report please?

Timothy Wayne Buckman I agree 100% with the statement that females should be listed by their maiden/birth names. Most of the profiles in geni do NOT do that. They list a female by their married name and sometimes their maiden name in parenthesis, but the maiden name does not show in lists of other relationships; child, sibling, parent.
And the worst part is that there is not a standard convention for geni. It is just random and as the OP stated, the blood parenthood of a married woman can be difficult to find. And when a woman was married multiple times, it is absolutely ridiculous that there is not a standard geni convention to show a woman by her maiden/birth name! -
Geni Support Team Hi, you can customize the way names are displayed in your Account Settings. So if you want to only see birth surnames, you can do that by updating your name preferences. Please see our FAQ: https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229703607-How-do-I-customize-the-way-names-are-displayed-
