DNA results not showing?

Hello! Last week I uploaded my DNA results from 23andMe via the Family Tree DNA tool. FTDNA is showing my results now but I don't see them in Geni. This help page says the following:

"After linking your accounts, your DNA test results will be automatically uploaded to your Geni profile and appear on the DNA tab (this is usually completed within a few minutes)."

Only the DNA tab on my profile doesn't say anything useful. It only says this:

"Already taken a DNA test? Once you have your DNA test results, use our simple and error-free one-click process to transfer your DNA results from Family Tree DNA to Geni"

I looked in my settings and it says that Geni and FTDNA are successfully connected; I gave both sites permission to share data last week, so I'm not sure what I'm missing.

Please send help! Thanks. :)

  My results are STILL not showing and it's been almost a month. No help with this? I was debating buying a pro account, but if the free service don't work, I don't want to risk the paid services not working, too!

  Hi Joshua,

  If your results are appearing on FTDNA but have not yet posted to Geni, you may want to try unlinking and relinking your account. In your DNA tab on your profile, click "Try again."

  Did you ever come right with linking your Family Tree DNA to Geni?

  I've just tried it myself now (again) and it clearly doesn't work still.  So hoping you had more luck than me...

  Thanks for letting me know Joshua!  Much appreciated.  What a pity though!  The exchange rate just isn't good enough to be spending that kind of money for another DNA test for me right now.

  I’m having the same exact problem. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting. It is still not transferring. This is very frustrating. Is this because FTDNA wants us to start tree building there? I do NOT plan on restarting a tree there. I simply want my data brought over to Geni.
