Have had Pro-profile for two years with around 3800 relatives in the world tree. Today I could not sign in normally. Tried several times. Then I signed in with my fb-account and got a quite new basic-profile. Merged these two profiles and the result was that now I have only one basic-profile without any other family members than myself. Please help me!
