You will need to update your mother's profile to reflect her passing. On her profile page, click 'Edit Profile' and select 'Deceased' for her living status. Once you save your changes, you will no longer receive birthday reminders for her.
If you do not see the option to edit the profile, then it is possible she may have claimed her account with her email address. If that is the case, then please report her profile as 'Deceased' and our customer service team will be able to assist with unclaiming the profile.
