Is there direct Geni support I can contact to escalate a situation? My ex-husband blocked me out from my younger daughter, my own brother, and several of my relatives of whom I know has not claimed their profile and for well over a decade I had been maintaining these profiles. Now he's gone to the degree of blocking me out from contacting him since he's the manager of these profiles.
It doesn't make any sense that someone whom for years have little to no interest of my family and relatives while we used to be married all of the sudden lock me out from profiles of my own blood members. If these affected relatives had an online presence and found out my ex was doing this to their profiles, they would be very upset. I am quite frustrated because I've been a Geni member all these years and I don't want my own family tree access being tampered and abused.
