I am a Basic Member and in the past I was able to see Public Profiles. Now the website is useless? I cannot search for someone, click on their public profile and then check relationship. What happened? Are they now forcing us into a premium membership?

Public profiles are free to view and so are relationship paths. It sounds like you are trying to access the profile through Geni's search results. Please keep in mind full access to search is a premium feature. Basic members may only access profiles they manage or collaborate on in the search results for free. These profiles are indicated with a green check mark.
