Pay Wall blocking access

Since yesterday I am unable to access any Trees - I keep getting the pay wall. Previous to this I was able to click on a Tree and see it without difficulty. I cannot even submit a Help Ticket without getting the pay wall! 

I can see my Tree and also look at the person's tree who is "following me" but there is java script at the bottom of the page I can see that reflects the pay wall that has never been there before. Is this a glitch or am I really locked out?

  You may see a paywall if you are trying to view trees via Geni's search results.  Full access to our search engine is a Pro feature. Basic members may only access profiles they manage or collaborate on in the search results for free. These profiles are indicated with a green check mark. For other public profiles, you may search for free using Google.
