uploading gedcom file

it will not let me upload my gedcom file. it says I can but will not let me..
any help or answers as to why?

  I have the same problem.  Apparently the help options is not available unless you pay.  Hope someone has an answer.

  I’m having issues too. It won’t allow me to fill out fields 3 and 4.
