I have been able to get to profiles by placing my curser over the name of the person and then a box would pop up and allow me to read the profile. I can no longer get this to happen. I have logged out and logged back in and still not luck. I am only a "basic" member and I appreciate any assistance one can give to me. Also, I could click on family members of the family of the profile but can no longer do this either.

The ability for basic users to view the hovercard in the search results was a mistake and it has now been fixed.
Full access to our search engine is a Pro feature. Basic members may only access profiles they manage or collaborate on in the search results for free. These profiles are indicated with a green check mark. For other public profiles, you may search for free using Google.
Similar situation for me. The pop up profile box when hovering over a searched name will sometimes appear for some searched people, but not for others. This started happening to me about one week ago.
