I have 1000names on geni.. I now have a paid subscription on My Heritage

but am finding it a waste of  money and massive waste of time

 

I am only allowed to send Gedcom with 170 entries due to complicated formula

 

I need to download stuff from several sites.. Three sessions on phone with My Heritage each of an hour make me want to walk away from all my work featuring Jewish families in Prussia Bohemia and in Budapest

Support from Geni or this community will be appreciated

  I have an account here through a different email.  I kept asking for password change/renewal to be sent to me for that account as I forgot my password.  Yet Geni isn't sending one.  I have a bunch of info on that old account through my family tree and would like to make more changes.  How do I get my password to be changed and updated.  If someone from Geni could contact me and help me with this, I'd really appreciate it.  I will be on this acct to get messages for now.  Thanks to anyone for the help.
