user messages

I am attempting to locate another user who is listed as a manager of a family tree as of 2015.  I sent a message to her via the prescribed method but have not received a response.  On her site there is also  a message that says there is no pathway to found to her but yet it allows you to send a message.  So that I do not continue to look for any response from her (Mandi M. Duncan) can you tell me what the status of her site is (whereas she is able to receive messages, can she see my email address and respond via regular email or if I never receive any response do I have to assume she is no longer involved with Geni or deceased?  She has a lot of family history and I would like to discuss her documentation sources.  Thanks for any help possible.  M.
