Hello, I know nothing about this site or how it works, but my mother worked tirelessly to get as much of our family records on here before she passed away. She died in November. Now, someone who appears to be a very distant relative has spent the last few days deleting and making huge changes to our family's profiles. I have messaged this person to ask why and to undo it but I'm yet to receive a response.
What can I do? The only way I know this is because a closer family member reported to me when the profiles were deleted. I've now gone and checked the Revisions log and can see all these changes made (see screenshots below). How do I undo them all?
I am so upset that all her work has been undone and I don't know why or how to fix it. I don't want to pay for a membership just so I can use the Help desk. Can anyone help me at all?
