My father's parents are correct, but his grandparents are also registered as his parents. Therefore there is a conflict in the family tree, and I am unable to delete the grandparent-as-parents from his personal info, (though I have tried multiple times). His siblings have the correct set of parents registered.
If someone could reestablish his grandparents only as his grandparents, that would be very helpful, thank you!
