I was a Pro user, but recently dropped back to being a basic user. Now I have such limited access to search results that I can't even examine and fix duplicates that appear in my Merge Center.
Is this how a basic account is supposed to work? It seems like examining and fixing duplicates is of benefit to everyone, so why should I be forced to pay for a Pro account to do this sort of basic cleanup of the big tree?
