My son Rohan Mohanty (born 16 Mar 1998) created a new tree in his separate login. He merged his tree with my tree but this created a duplicate of him.
1) We both requested merges of his 2 profiles but although the requests seem PENDING and approved by both of us (GENI keeps reporting this to him and myself), the duplicate has not merged.
2) Both of us have also tried to remove any conflicts of information but his profile stubbornly remains duplicated.
Please resolve as without this merge our family tree is in error.
