Kristian Jacobsen-Osen Sitter b. 1835 in Norway is my Grandmother Anna's father. My grandmother was Anna Lovise Kristiansdatter-Osen Sitter. She married Thomas Edvin Michelson. Her mother was Lorentse Mathea Olsdatter who married Kristian Jacobsen-Osen Sitter. I realize my Grandmother Anna was born in Osen, Sor-Trondelag, Norway and later moved to Sitter Farm, Nord Trondelag. I must have put some Norwegian information in incorrectly, but now it's all messed up and a "relative path" between me and my Grandmother's father puts me into relationship with an entirely different person who seemingly has the same name. I do not know how to fix this.

Harald Tveit Alvestrand (Tveit) It seems to be good now - you're listed as Kristian's granddaughter, with intermediates being Anna Lovise Michaelson (Sitter) and Arnold Thoralf Michaelson
Must have been something temporary.
I do note that there are two copies of Kristian in the tree - I'll probably try to merge them, which may lead to more instability while I sort things out.

Don't you realise there are many of us out here who can make no sense of your instructions no matter how hard we try. You are fast losing much information re family research because you make no allowances for "oldies/dumb bunnies like me" who speak no Polish (the translations are a joke) …. When us oldies 'drop off the perch" … the information will be lost!
