How to add sub-branch manager?

I have the primary manager of a large family tree and would like to add sub-branch tree managers.  For example, make my father's and mother's siblings to manage their respective sub-tree.  How do I add sub-tree managers?

  Users within your family group can manage the profiles in that group. So if they are not already in your family group you could add them there. They could also manage profiles in other sub-trees however.

  There is also a manager option on each profile you manage and you can add a manager there.
