unresolved inconsistencies

My tree has "3 unresolved inconsistencies" dealing with my fiancé's brother's last name. My fiancé's last name is Crider, but his brother's last name is Duckworth and I don't know why and can't figure out why. What do I do? Thank you for your help!

  do your fiance and his brother actually have different last names in real life, or did you make a mistake while entering the data? if you entered the data incorrectly, just edit the profiles to correct it.

  if they actually do have different last names, you could just ignore the "inconsistency"? or if it is bothering you, maybe editing the profiles and moving the last names to the middle name field would help?

  is one of them adopted, or do they have the same mother but different fathers? those are two possible ways of accounting for the different last names. both can be factored into the tree. ask your fiance why their last names are different?

  I'll see if I can ask him why his brother has a different last name than him when I can and if him doesn't know the answer then I can ignore it. Thanks!
