It seems the same error happened in 2018. Today I tried to update a profile of a person I have added to my tree ten years ago. I am not the manager, there is no one who is the manager of this profile, even under Action the "manage option" do not exist. I cannot change the profile picture either. Thanks for your help.

Geni Support Team Hi Nurit,
If you are unable to edit a profile for a relative, then it is likely our relative has claimed their account with their email address. This means that only your relative may edit their own profile. If there is something you like changed, you may want to contact your relative directly to ask them to update their profile.
