Hello, my mom changed her email and closed her old account but now she can't access her Geni account that was associated with her old email. Can I change her email in her account or can you do it?

Geni Support Team Hi Anastasiya, it looks like your mother was able to log in to her account yesterday. If she would like to update her email address, she may do so in her account settings https://www.geni.com/account_settings/email_password .
