Correction of input

How can I correct/delete an input that is wrong? It is easy to add info, but seems impossible to delete input that is already there?

  If the area is grayed  out on the edit profile pages it means it is locked it will also have a little lock symbol to the right. Is this what you are talking about or is it something else? I apologize if I misunderstood what you were asking. If it is what you are referring to then the best way to get someone to help you accomplish what you are trying to accomplish is to send a message to the profile managers of the profile in question.  Hope this helps.
