In our family tree, one outside person seems updating everyone's profile. That person's profile says he manages 7000+ profiles. Any idea why and how he gets to edit our profiles? Thanks.

Keri Denise Jackson, ♊ Twin A, GEDMATCH GQ346442C1 Geni is a World Tree not a private tree. Your closest family members are private. It is a joint effort so that is why you might see others edit the profiles that you are related to and they are most likely related to the person as well but if not then they are just trying to help out. You can also do the same as Geni is a collaborative effort so all help is appreciated.You can also collaborate with other members by going to their profile and clicking on the action button on the top right then selecting Request to Collaborate. I collaborate with many people myself.
