I recently created an account (yesterday) and I haven't been able to save my own information on my tree (not my actual geni account). i've been able to save edits to everyone else so far but every time I try to save edits to my own profile it says:
"Something went wrong with your request. Please try again later."
I have tried multiple times by closing my browser, reloading the page, turning my laptop off, closing the tab geni was in, etc.

We're sorry to hear you were experiencing issues updating your profile, we're not seeing any issues with your account. Can you please try again? If you still receive the same message, can you try a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to see if it happens on another browser?
