Printing trees?

Hello:  I'm on Geni Pro but can't seem to print the trees.  What is the problem?  Thank you,  John M Haines  wotan2u@gmail.com

  Select to view your tree Vertically and there should be a little button with a printer on it on the bottom right side. Let me know if this helps. Thank you.

  Thanks very much, but I have tried this.  I click on the printer icon in the lower right corner, then click print again, my printer window comes up, I click Print --and nothing happens???  Thanks very much for writing!
