I am furious. I noticed that Geni did not have enough resources for me so I cancelled many days before the trial ended. Guess what, I was charged today?? Why?? Has anyone else had this problem? I am so mad. I bet they will tell me that I didn't cancel properly or what not. This is so not ok. I went through every single cancellation step.
I was charged as MyHeritage but I never applied for a pro subscription there. What is happening?

Another thing you can try is contact MyHeritage
