I have a double identity after merging an uploaded file

I had started to build my own tree on Genie with 6 entries and then decided to upload my GED from Ancestry with intent to merge.  There were some conflicts and in the merging process, I became a half-brother to myself and my sister also became my half-sister.  I think that I corrected the issue with my sister but could not correct myself.  Can this be corrected?  If so, how?  Thanks.
