Abusive user

I'd like to notify Geni administrators as well as other users about this user (in fact, a curator), Randy Schoenberg, who is behaving in ways inconsistent with a supportive research community. I originally contacted him about sources for some of his research, and I invited him to my PRIVATE Ancestry tree to show that our research interests overlap. Randy used this opportunity to take ALL of my research (which contains private, identifying information about my close relatives) and add it to his own tree. I explained that that's not what I wanted and not what I asked for but he has refused to remove the stolen data.

His defense of his actions? "Well, you didn't ask me NOT to take your data."

Please beware in dealing with this user, as I've found that he does not respect norms in collaboration and privacy.

What do you think? Is this acceptable behavior? Is there anything I can do?
