Profile Manager not responding to messages

GENi recently matched my tree to another, and upon checking the other tree I realised the match was valid, however the tree/(profile) manager is not responding to messages and it seems as if the last activity on the tree was in 2015.

Clicking on the profile manager's entry in the tree had no result and I am unable to determine any other way of contacting him.

The profile manager is Robert Young and the url of the page is

I have been searching for this family for over 12 years and to be so near to getting in touch with them but not being able to do so is heartbreaking.

Hope someone in the management team can contact the profile manager on my behalf.
