William Cain is currently shown as the grandson of Nicholas Cain. He is my 4th great grandfather. I recently did the Big Y DNA test at Family Tree. The haplogroup came back as RFGC31787. From information I have been given this does not match the Nicholas Cain family haplogroup. This means that this William Cain is not the grandchild of Nicholas Cain and that the parents of William Cain are not known. How can this be corrected?
