I recently uploaded a GEDCOM file of my tree, and I’m having a few difficulties. The first is, my great grandfather’s half brother has the same parents on the tree. They had the same mother, but not the same father. I tried removing the incorrect father only, but I could only remove both parents. I tried that, but it didn’t work, and now the “remove” button is grey and I can’t click it. How do I fix this mess?
You can choose other parents from the drop down list on the relation tab.
If the right parents are not in that list go to the tree view and move the child to EACH of the correct parents and refresh the screen.
