A few years ago I found out about a lot of generations of my family from a very old woman, a cousin of mine, and I added them to "my" family tree here. Later, I found out that the order of the names if wrong and that I messed up. I tried to remove relationships and fix it, but I obviously can't do that because my tree is connected to the world tree, because I "wrote" that the earliest ancestor that my cousin mentioned is actually the son of Gjon II Kastrioti, and I did that because she told me that he was his son according to the legend. I am talking about voivode Drekale here. It seems that the legend is legit, I mean, historians know about it and it was first mentioned by voivode Marko Miljanov, a Montenegrin writer in one of his most famous books "Primjeri čojstva i junaštva". A lot of historians argue about the legend and its legitimacy, but most of them think that the story from the legend is not true, so that Drekale in fact isn't the son of Gjon Kastrioti. The main reason for that is the fact that Drekale was probably born about 1550., which is much after Gjon II Kastrioti died.
BUT, I am not a historian, so I won't argue about that. The thing I need help with is to remove Marko Miljanov Popović from the tree, and all his ancestors, because I am not even sure if he is my ancestor. Even if he was, I know that the order of the names of his ancestors (to Iliko Lalev Drekalović) that I wrote on the tree is wrong, their relationships are wrong, etc.
Could you please help me and remove those relationships from the Geni world tree??? I don't want to spread wrong information.
