Great-Grandmother is private; cannot be accessed

My great-grandmother is listed as private and I cannot see her name, any other information or connect her to my grandparent, parent and myself. How do I correct this? Contacting the profile managers resulted in no responses.

  You could have a curator make a merge request.

  However, they cannot actually perform the merge without permission from the other manager (or someone who already has your great grandmother in his/her family group). This is because of privacy restrictions on Geni.
