My brother did something to his profile. I tried to erase his blank profile and do up a new proper one. Then I merged them but I couldn't edit his profile. Then I abandoned that and did up another new profile and tried to delete the blank merged one. Now I ended up with two profiles and I can't delete the blank one.

When I tried to merge the two profiles I ended up with one I could not edit and it seems nobody is allowed to be in charge of it.
I tried to delete the blank one but I'm not allowed to do it via his wife's profile. The delete button is greyed out to me.
I wonder can you help me, please. A little bit of a mess. He has zero interest in logging in, or I should say he's just too busy with his life. I don't think he can even log in anymore as there is no info. associated with his blank profile except half his name as I tried to merge his blank with a new one I did up.
