When I first went to use HTML version, the only part of my tree that was displayed was me and empty entries for my parents. I'm using Widows 10 and Chrome.

Geni Support Team Hi William, we see you are using the pedigree view of the tree. And since your profile does not have any parents attached, it is only showing you. Note if you click on the yellow + tab, you can see more relatives.
If you switch to the standard view, you will be able to see everyone in the tree. To change your view, click on the standard tree icon at the bottom right of the page.
