Dear Addressee,
You are kindly requested to help me out of the following unpleasant situation:
My daughter gave birth to her daughter in 2013. The relationship between the father and the mother has been ceased two years later and only the absolutely necessary contacts exist between the parents under very unpleasant conditions. The father somehow (the way unknown for us) got access to the family tree and registered himself as manager. Having such manager rights obtained this way, he registered himself and his daughter (my granddaughter) in the tree what we consider illegal. Hence, my granddaughter is registered twice as if she had the same name sibling, which is not true – she is the only child. Therefore, it is totally against our (the rest of the family) intension and willingness.
We wish to remedy the situation the following way:
-remove the father’s manager rights;
-remove his name from his personal window and make it private;
-remove from the tree the “sibling” window erroneously created by the father.
To identify the tree and section please consult the fraction below:

As the controlling managers of MyHeritige/Geni you will hopefully do the right action in accordance with the above and give me a note at szepes28laszlo@gmail.com.
Thank you in advance
Sincerely yours,
László SZEPES
