I have a cousin (Omar Nabi) who's profile added/created by my wife dina@omnitrade.jo
The problem now is neither me nor my wife can invite him as his stored email is no longer working, and we can't change/add his new email.
WHAT to do? please help asap.
Hi Firas, if the email address is no longer deliverable, you should be able to add his new email address on his profile page. Can you please try again?
If he continues to have issues logging into his account, then please have your cousin email us directly at subscriptions@geni.com .

whatever you, Geni support team, did has obviously solved this problem. A window popped up asking me to put in an email address in place of the old one that ceased to exist.
