I have been on Geni for many years. Yesterday, I decided to cancel my Geni Pro (paid) subscription before it expired and just continue on the free version. Unfortunately, I must have misunderstood the process, and I now find that I totally deleted my Geni account! I tried to log in again, but this wouldn't work. So, as suggested, I rejoined from scratch again (using my original email address and password) but now I realise that in starting again I have just lost all the records which have been built up over about 20 years!!! Is there any way I can recover my records and build them back into my tree where they have always been? Any help or advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Peter Stubbs.

Geni Support Team Hi Peter, we restored your account. The auto renewal has also been canceled on your Geni Pro subscription.
For future reference, your Geni Pro subscription can be canceled in your Geni Premium Account settings https://www.geni.com/account_settings/premium_account .
