Hi Geni Community,
I'm experiencing a persistent issue with my tree view. Whenever I open my tree (from my own profile), the interface shows only the overlay asking me to 'Check if I'm related to Dolly Parton' and I cannot see my actual family tree.
I have tried:
* logging out and back in
*clearing browser cache and cookies
*using incognito / private mode
*using different browsers
*restarting my computer
...but nothing works. The overlay stays and prevents me from accessing my tree or exploring relationships to other family members.
I believe this is a session/UI bug and would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to reset it, or if Geni staff could assist in restoring access to my tree.
