A couple of months ago I received an offer from MyHeritage for an inexpensive MH/Geni bundle. I was not a MH subscriber, but I *was* then a Geni subscriber. There were about 50 days remaining on my Geni membership.
I took the offer and got access to MH, but in a few weeks I started getting notices that my Geni sub was about to run out. I submitted a ticket saying that I had paid for the bundle, but after the last day of my previous membership, I lost my Geni Pro sub. No one ever answered my ticket.
What can I do?

Geni Support Team Hi, can you please let us know your ticket number?
If you signed up for a MyHeritage Omni subscription, then you should have received a welcome email with instructions and a link to activate your Geni Pro subscription. Please click on that link and sign into your existing Geni account. This will associate your MyHeritage Omni subscription to Geni and activate the Geni Pro subscription on your account.
